In a panel discussion at the house, one of the most vibrant Members Of Parliament, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, decided to counter the Speaker’s decision.

During the discussion, he was in the process of making his own suggestion, when Mr. Alban Bagbin intercepted and ordered him to sit down, hence disregarding his assertion on the issue.
