Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur was born on 29 April in Cape Coast – Central Region of Ghana.
He was a Ghanaian economist, academic and politician who was the fifth vice-president of Ghana’s 4th Republic. He bacme the vice-president from 6 August, 2012 to 7 January, 2017. He wasva vice under former president John Dramani Mahama. Ammisah Arthur became Governor of the Bank of Ghana from 2009 to 2012.
Amissah Arthur was married to Matilda Amissah Arthur with two children. He was a Christian and was known to worship at the Calvary Methodist Church at Adabraka.
Unfortunately for Ghanaians, on 29 June, 2018, Ammisah Arthur gave up the ghost. But before his death, take a look at how he looked. See photos below.
