Speaking in a television interview hosted by Deloris Frimpong Manso, Fatima gave reasons behind the 11 piercings on her body.
Explaining further on the issue, she said she purposefully did those piercings to always remember herself about the hardships she has been through in life.

She indicated that, anytime she sees those piercings, her attention is drawn to some serious struggles she has been confronted with, as a person.
