The captain of the senior national team of Ghana, Andre Dede Ayew paid a courtesy call on the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu on Thursday 8 December 2022.
After failing to convert a crucial penalty for the Black Stars of Ghana, Dede Ayew took time to receive some prayers from the Chief Imam together with his 7-year-old daughter.
Though he failed to give the Black Stars team a chance to make it out of the group stages, he was the first player to score for the team during the World Cup.
From all indications, it’s safe to say he has been through a lot and has to seek for spìrìtual intervention amidst these trying times.
