E-levy Is Not Compulsory, If You Don’t Want To Pay Don’t Do Momo – Carlos Ahenkorah To Ghanaians


The Member of Parliament for the Tema West constituency has made a reasonable but hilarious statement that most of the minority group of parliament will not be happy with.

According to him, the proposed e-levy that has debated on for sometime now is not a compulsory tax.

In a recent interview monitored by Tapnewsgh, he made it clear that if you think the levy is too much for you pay then it is best you get into any form of electronic transactions.

Per his sentiments, e-levy is a good initiative that aims at generating revenue for the government so he finds baffling why members of the minority group are finding it difficult to accept it.
