Essien Tips Chelsea To Win UEFA Champions League
Ghanaian international and former Chelsea superstar Micheal Essien has made a very objective sentiment concerning his former football club.
The former Ghanaian player has tipped Chelsea as a favorite to win the UEFA Champions League.

Michael Essien was part of the Chelsea squad that defeated Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena to lift the trophy in the year 2012.
The Blues did their best to defeat Portuguese football club FC Porto by 2 goals to nil in the first leg of the ongoing UEFA Champions League.

With this convincing performance by the Chelsea, Essien is confident the new Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel can lead the team to lift this year’s UEFA Champions League trophy.
He made it clear that he has high hopes Chelsea can win and if they happen to lift the trophy at the end of the UEFA tournament, it will be a great achievement for the whole team.

He also congratulated his teammate Frank Lampard for his ability to handle his former club in a very good manner.
