Ellen was born to Seventh Day Adventist Parents and was devoted to the church which compelled her to join the singing choir at a very early age.

She lost her dad at the age of five so she was raised by her mother and step father.
She attended the Adventist Primary School and furthered at the Adventist Day Senior High School in Suame, a very popular town in the Greater Kumasi region of Ghana.

Ellen White had her first stint in a movie under a very usual circumstance when she was sent on an errand in Adum Kumasi after she had completed senior high school.
According to Ellen, she met a movie director called Jackson K. Bentum who told her he saw something in her he wanted to exploit.

That talent Jackson saw in her magnified which led her to playing an active movie role in a popular Ghanaian movie titled “Okukuseku”. In that particular movie, she was Santo’s wife.
After playing an active role in that movie, she got the chance to travel to Germany to seek for greener pastures but she returned after a failed expedition.

In a recent interview monitored by Tapnewsgh, Ellen gave reasons why she stopped attending the Seventh Day Adventist Church she was born into.
According to the famous actress, she got obsessed with wearing earrings which was against the norms of the Adventist Church hence she had to call it quit.
