The Minister for Employment and Labour Relations, Ignatius Baffour Awuah has sent out some positive news to all government workers.
In a recent disclosure made by the Minister, he stated that all government workers are going to receive a 7% salary increase early this year.

According to the Minister, the hard hit of the corona pandemic is one the things that influenced their decision.
He said in the peak of the pandemic, government was able to safeguard the work of every public sector worker in Ghana including teachers, of which the Ghana National Association Of Teachers (GNAT) is inclusive.
