I Think Otto Addo Should Replace Wollacot With Richard Ofori – Sonnie Badu Explains Why; Check Details


The popular Ghanaian Gospel musician has weighed in the conversation concerning which goalkeeper best fits the number one spot of the Black Stars team.

According to Rev. Dr. Sonnie Badu, JoJo Wollacot lacks the confidence to be in post for the team during the 2022 World Cup tournament.

He added that though Wollacot is great goalkeeper, he thinks the Swindon Town shot-stopper lacks command which is one of the most qualities of a great Ghanaian goalkeeper.

Explaining further, he stated that, at the moment, the Black Stars team needs a confident goalkeeper who has great command in the post and equally communicates clearly with his defenders.

In relation to this fact, Sonnie Badu suggested the coach considers selecting Richard Ofori as Ghana’s first choice goalkeeper because he has the confident to control his lines and communicate well with his colleagues at the defense.
