Jordan Ayew is a Ghanaian footballer who plays for the Crystal Palace football club and the senior national team of Ghana.

He is widely recognized as the son of the legendary football player Abedi Ayew Pele.

Jordan made his first appearance for the Black Stars on 5 September 2010. He played in the AFCON qualification match against Swaziland. In that match, Ghana won by 3 goals to nil.

In 2012, he scored his first international goal in a World Cup qualification match against Lesotho. In that same year, he was selected among the players to represent the Black Stars in the 2012 African Cup of Nations tournament.

Jordan scored his fifth international goal after scoring a hatrick in a 2014 World Cup warm-up game against South Korea.

One year later, he joined Aston Villa on a five-year football contract. On October 24, 2015, he scored his first club goal against his elder brother’s club Swansea City.

During the 2015-2016 season, Jordan Ayew emerged as Aston Villa’s leading goal scorer with just seven goals.

In 2017, Jordan joined his brother at Swansea City till the end of the season. Jordan and Dede played together at Swansea City till the 2018 season ended.
