Just In: ECG Releases New ‘Dumsor’ Timetable
Information gathered by Tapnewsgh, indicates the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has released another timetable for the load shedding which will begin in some parts of the Accra community from 10th to the 17th of May 2021.
The initial load shedding timetable released indicated the power outages were supposed to start tomorrow 4th May, 2021.
This is not first time the Electricity Company of Ghana have issued such a release in relation to the load-shedding in some parts of the country.
The load shedding has been categorized into four groups namely; Group A,B,C and D with each group expected to have their light turned off from 6 am to 6pm each day.
ECG’s schedule for the load shedding timetable was released after the recent outages.
The timetable released, emerged after citizens suggested they come out to provide a routine which would be used to switch off lights in some communities within the country.
Communities that will be affected within the Greater Accra region includes; Nsakina, Dansoman,lower McCarty,Abossay okai, Amasaman,Bortianor,Tettegu, Nyamekye, Odorkor, just to mention a few.
