Information gathered by Tapnewsgh indicates the state has released funds to all senior high schools under its recent expenditure for the 2023 academic year.
In a recent disclosure made by the Eastern Regional Chairman of the Conference of Assisted Secondary Schools (CHASS), Elder Peter Gyamfi, the funds will be subdivided into three distinct lodgements.
This subdivision includes perishables for the current second and third year senior high school students as well as well as recurrent expenditure for all final year senior high school students.
Adding to this, Elder Peter Gyamfi stated clearly that the perishables will be priced at Ghc1.50p for each student on a daily basis and as such the recurrent expenditure will be such will be used purposely for the maintenance and general running of the school.
