Just In: Government To Create I Million Jobs From E-levy Proceeds – John Kumah Explains How; Check Details


The Deputy Minister of Finance, Hon John Kumah has indicated that citizens of Ghana will in no time realize the essence of the heavily debated e-levy law that was implemented a few weeks ago.

According to John Kumah, this will be made possible through the introduction of a business support module specifically designed for the private sector.

Per a recent interview monitored by Tapnewsgh, John Kumah reiterated that the electronic transaction levy law will go a long way in addressing the high rate of unemployment in the country.

He said the next big move for government right now is to tackle the situation of low level of employment for the youth and in response to this canker, the President will be launching project named the “YouStart” programme.
