John Dramani Mahama is a politician by profession, and is known by the majority of Ghanaians as the frontliner of the NDC party.
He was born on 29th November 1958. He was the national ruler of the country from 2012 to 2017.He is the only president who was unable to ensure the second term presidential rulership norm of the Ghanaian presidency continues.
Aside his political profession, he is also a writer, a historian and a communication expert.
He comes from the Northern sector of the country and has been given the chance to become an MP of the Bamboi constituency in 1996.
Afterwards, he was given the Minister of Communication position, where he served from the year 1998 to 2001.
