Minority Group Of Parliament Demands Apology From Akufo-Addo For Flouting Covid-19 Protocols

During the burial ceremony of the late Sir John, the president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo, along with some party associates were present to pay their last respect to the politician.

At the funeral grounds, it was observed that, most of the politicians who came to show love to their political party member, were not observing the Covid-19 safety protocols.

One person who caught the attention of many Ghanaians was Nana Addo.

After the event, the president has been [email protected]àsted by the minority group of Parliament, for going against his own rules and regulations.

As a result of this, they are demanding a legitimate apology from him and the attendants.

The group indicated that, if the president fails to render a legal apology to the house, they will be compelled to file a lawsuit as a means of justification.
