National Security Releases Press Statement On Caleb Kudah’s Assault Allegations


After the issue of Caleb Kudah’s arrest came up, there have been so many twists with regard to how the case has been treated by the public.

The recent update on the issue has to do with a statement published by the Ministry of National Security.

In the statement sighted by Tapnewsgh, the Ministry of National Security indicated they will take into consideration the way the two journalists (Caleb Kudah and Zoe Baidoo) were manhandled during the arrest, by making reference to the rules governing the rights and freedom of citizens in the country.

They also made it clear that, after thorough investigation on the matter, they will ensure the appropriate sanctions are administered to any individual found guilty in connection to the arrest of the two Citi TV journalists.

At the latter parts of the statement, they explained the factors that will be considered before they conclude on their verdict.

These factors include how the pictures were taken by Caleb Kudah and the moment he sent the footage and videos to his colleague(Zoe Baidoo).
