National Teaching Council To Sack Teachers Who Have Not Registered With Them

In a more detailed context, the National Teaching Council has prompted the Ghana Education Service to sack teachers who haven’t registered with them(NTC).

According to a press statement released by the National Teaching Council, all graduate teachers who were appointed before 1st August 2018, are expected to log onto the teacher’s portal to register before Friday, 7th May 2021.
There was an indication that the provisional license will be replaced with full licenses during the exercise.

The National Teaching Council l added that, all qualified teachers who fail to register for their license, will lose their right to practice as teachers in Ghana.
I will urge all graduate teachers to make it a point to register for their license, in order to avoid any unanticipated problems.
