Next NDC Government Will Review The 1992 Constitution – Mahama Explains Why; Check Details

The former President, John Dramani Mahama has hinted that the next NDC government will tackle issues concerning the payment of ex-gratia in the 1992 constitution.

According to the 2020 NDC flagbearer, the 1992 constitution, which happens to be the paramount law of the country needs amendment to ensure changes that have with the entitlement of Article 71 officer holders are made.

Mr. Mahama believes the ruling President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo has derailed democratic gains made in the country.

In a recent interview monitored by Tapnewsgh, Mr. Mahama said if NDC is given the chance to rule the country in 2024, he will ensure the review process of the 1992 constitution which began under the rulership of the late President John Evans Atta Mills is continued.
