Now Ghana most used telecommunication network “MTN” has declared that without Identification Card (ID) you can not perform mobile transactions. This will be effectively from February 1, 2021.
“when an agent is performing a cash-out for a subscriber, the agent is required to select the ID type and enter the ID number of the ID card the subscriber provides.
The valid ID’s you can use are Ghana Card, passport, voters ID, national Health insurance card SSNIT.
