The girls from Aburi failed to live up to expectations in a contest that looked very well like an easy win for them.
In today’s preliminary contest, they met underdogs like Adu Gyamfi SHS and Sehwi Wiawso SHS but couldn’t prove a point as they disgraced by Adu Gyamfi SHS after the entire contest.
To make matters worse, they score zero out of ten in the problem of the day which was posed during the third round of contest.
In view of this unimpressive performance, they were ousted out of the competition by Adu Gyamfi SHS who emerged as winners of the competition after garnering 41 points as against Aburi Girls’ 24 points score with Sehwi Wiawso trailing with 10 points.
