Qatar 2022: FIFA Announces New Kick-off Dates And Re-opening Games; See Specific Dates And Reason

Recent Information gathered by Tapnewsgh indicates FIFA has publicly disclosed a new date for commencement of the 2022 World Cup tournament that will be hosted in Qatar later this year.

Initially, the opening match for the tournament has been re-scheduled for 20 November 2022 and this encounter will be between Qatar and Ecuador will now.

Similary, the second match for the upcoming tournament will be played subsequently between the Teranga Lions of Senegal and Netherlands.

This means the specified tenure for the tournament will be equally be extended to 29 days with the final match coming off on Sunday, 18 December 2022. This decision was taken unanimously by the FIFA President, Gianni Infantino together with six continental football governing bodies
