Ghanaians have kicked against the government’s decision to consider the enactment of a law that makes it legally right to pay the first and second lady of this country.

Many politicians are campaigning against the initiative because of the huge amount of money involved.

The voices that have been raised over the issue are not only from the opposition.

Even inmates from the ruling party have objected to the bill which is one reason this heated argument is not cooling down anytime soon.

As part of these criticisms, the communications offìcer of the Sekyere Afram Plains constituency, Hon. Mahmud Kabore, has advised the current president and his vice, to leave their wives if the economic hardship of this country has made it difficult for them to cater for their family’s needs.
