The member of Parliament for the Nhyiaeso constituency, Hon. Stephen Asamoah, has criticized Ghanaians condemning the Nana led administration of it’s decision to impose taxes.
According to the legislator, tax imposition is the basis for development for every country.

He said the current government has no option than to resort to the imposition of taxes in order to fulfill the numerous promises they made prior to the 2020 presidential election.
He made this disclosure in a recent interview monitored by Tapnewsgh while he was speaking on the approval of the 2022 budget and economic policy.
