We Are Dying Of Hunger – NABCO Trainees Tell Government; See Why


Members and workers of the National Builders’ Corps (NABCO) Trainees Association have called on government to make payments of their allowances that have been in arrears for months.

The aggrieved trainees who have not received allowances due to them for the past few years have lamented that in relation to their current situation, they may not be up and kicking to see the country’s economy bounce back again.

According to a recent statement issued by the NABCO trainees, they have been plunge into a state of hopelessness as the current President has completely to his eyes away from them to pressing economic issues in the country.

Per the statement made public by the NABCO trainees, the current happenings are not depictions of what they were promised by the government a few years ago.

They questioned the state that though they have urged to calm down as they prepare to settle their allowances, they don’t know when exactly that will so they are asking “until when?”.

Moving further, they lamented on the hardships they are facing adding that they are dying of hunger and as result, they are not sure they might live to see when the so-called resilient economy will bounce back.
