World Cup Play-offs: Ex-Black Stars Goalkeeper Tips Ghana To Beat Nigeria; See Why


Former Ghanaian international and Black Stars goalkeeper, William Amamoo has tipped the Black Stars to get past the Super Eagles of Nigeria for a place in the upcoming World Cup that will be hosted in Qatar.

Speaking on the play-offs scheduled to be played in a few days to come, the ex-black stars goalkeeper said the rivalry between Ghana and Nigeria has existed for a very long time and still exists like that of the Ghana Premier League rivalry that exists between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts Of Oak.

According to Amamoo, matches between the two West African countries do not form hence he is confident the Stars can trample over the Super Eagles to seal their World Cup deal.

He said comparing the current Nigerian team, he is confident Ghana will qualify because matches played between Ghana and Nigeria has no regard for which teams is in great shape.
