This time around, he has fired shots at an NDC national executive member for his refusal to allow Onion sellers to relocate to the Agyin Kotoku area.
As a result of the recent congestion at the Accra central market, government has decided to move these onion sellers to the said location where they could get proper accommodation.

The market women who were confr0nted by some all£ged Nima boys sought for the intervention of Hon. Kennedy Agyapong and looking at the actions taken by legislator, Mr. Otukonor is in for some big tr0uble.
In a recent disclosure made by Mr. Kennedy, he said it point-blank that, Peter Otukonor is the uglìest creature on Earth.
